SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Martzy.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS  
We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES  
We offer FREE standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India unless otherwise stated on the product page.  
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply.

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIME  
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.  
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins only after successful confirmation via call or WhatsApp.

4. DELIVERY TIME  
Estimated delivery time is 4–7 working days from the date of dispatch.  
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)  
COD is available on selected pin codes. Our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.  
Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.

6. TRACKING INFORMATION  
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS or email.

7. FAILED DELIVERY  
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, re-shipping charges may apply or the order may be cancelled.

8. DAMAGES OR LOST PACKAGES  
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us within 48 hours with proper proof (unboxing video/images) so we can assist you quickly.
